The Juice Detox Diet
There are many options available with detox diets as well. You can have the diet in the form of juices, also known as juice fast, if you don’t wish to chew it.
Juice fast is an intense form of detox diet with only fruits and veggies to have as food, not even water is allowed to take in except for the certain mentioned periods in the diet regime.
However juice fast is a very short term diet routing and should not be followed for more than few days (2 to 3 days for maximum). But in case if you need to continue it for a little longer, it is advised to take professional help for the right amount of nutrients for your body.

However before you begin the fast juice regime it is advised to cease to eat certain foods like meats, fish, egg and wheat, as these are rich in proteins. During the entire day keep in mind to have at least 6 to 7 glasses of water. And in case you get tired taking the juices you can append them with your favorite fruits as well. You can mix your juices with fruits like apple, beet, cabbage, greens, spinach, pineapple, cranberry or celery; however the citrus fruits are strictly prohibited.
Make sure the fruits you have are completely organic and no bio mechanisms have been used to grow it. If you are not sure of it you can peel off the fruits before mixing them with your juices.
There are certain ailments you are bound to experience during the fast detox diet session. Among the many few of them are acne, body odor, bad breath, fatigue, constipation, sometimes headache and hypoglycemia as well, diarrhea, heart arrhythmias, dizziness, kidney problems, hunger, vomiting and low blood pressures.
