When it comes to detoxifying the body, drinking liquids is one of the most effective ways though not the only effective way. There are also many people who do not take in solutions for a number of specified reasons.

Massage oils is one alternative way that can be used in detoxifying the body on a long period of time. But there are also precautions that need to be considered in using oils. For example, some essential oils can be damaging if they are directly used on the skin. Rose and Lavender, on the other hand, can be used directly and does not cause a harmful reaction. This process of using oils is called aromatherapy which can detoxify the body in a very slow way and will continue over a period of time.

There are various essential oils that can be purchased online or in some health food stores. It is also important to use pure essential oils or extracts because synthetics will not provide the same results on the skin. Pure essential oils are safer to use to massage the body. After applying them, they can also be used for inhalation to allow detoxification to go through the lungs.

Here are safe and tested recipes that are good for aromatherapy style detoxification:

Lavender and Rose

The combination of Lavender and Rose is one of the simplest of the aromatherapy detoxification recipes. It mixes two of the most secure essential oils that will not only calm you down but will also cleanse the impurities inside the body. You will only need: one half cup of Lavender Oil and one fourth cup of Rose Oil.

Mix these two oils together and apply them onto your feet, neck, and chest area. The oils will be absorbed into your skin and into your bloodstream. If you area person who is tensed and in need for a relaxation or detoxification, then this is right therapy for you.

One of the alternatives that can be done is putting the Lavender Oil and Rose Oil directly into an infuser in order to breathe in the scent and absorbed into the lungs. Another alternative that can be done is placing the oils into your bath and soaking them. This way, you will be more relaxed.

You must remember that only Lavender and Rose oils are the ones that you can massage directly into your skin. If you want to use other essential oils, then you must use a carrier oil for direct skin contact.

Frankincense

An effective healing potent that can last for several of years is the Frankincense. It can be used to remove body toxins inside the body and also improve your circulatory system. You will only need one cup of carrier oil like canola oil and one teaspoon of pure Frankincense to complete the procedure.

Combine the carrier oil or canola oil and Frankincense together properly. Place them all in a shady bottle with a cork lid for a good outcome. When the mixture is already formed, you can now use it to massage your body. Using the mixture, rub them on the soles of your feet and chest area. The great thing about the mixture that the scent is pleasant and it will also do wonders for your circulatory system. It is also more fun if you have a friend or someone who will be the one to massage your back. Some people use it not only as a massage oil but as a relaxing scent as well.

Canola oil can be bought in any local grocery store. As for Frankincense, it is an essential oil and body detoxifier that can be usually purchased in many health food stores. You must remember to use pure Frankincense only for this recipe.

Tea Tree Oil & Lemon Oil

One way to maintain the digestive healthy is using the Tea Tree Oil and Lemon Oil. If you are planning to lose weight, you can try out these oils and make sure to have these ingredients: one cup of Carrier Oil like Canola Oil, one half teaspoon of Tea Tree Oil, and one half teaspoon of pure lemon oil.

Merge all of the oils altogether in a brown bottle and shake it.  Follow the same manner that you have used the other aromatherapy massage oils. These oils can also be inhaled using an infuser.

Still, you must ensure that the lemon oil you got is pure. Also, pure lemon extracts can also be used as an alternative if pure lemon oil is not available. Tea Tree oil, on the other hand, is usually on hand in almost all health food stores. You just have to ensure that what you are buying is a fresh and not an artificial product.

Almond

Almond is another type of aromatherapy body detoxification that are usually offered in local grocery stores.  When you using extracts, you still need to use a carrier oil. If you are using this kind of detoxification, you must have these ingredients: one cup carrier oil like canola oil, one teaspoon of pure Almond extract, and one teaspoon of pure Vanilla extract.

Mix the carrier oil, pure Almond extract, and Vanilla extract in a bottle and shake them well. Then you can put them on your skin. It also has a pleasurable scent and you can also burn the oils in an infuser. This body detoxification can work to clean out the toxins in the body and improve the immune system.

Massage therapy and absorbing essential oils through breathing is very effective to cleanse the body. However, practicing healthy habits like not smoking, lessening the intake of alcohol and drinking lots of water can do your body good.
