You can know if a person is drinking enough water by the color of his or her urine. A person who is drinking enough water has clear urine. If the urine is dark, then that means the person is not drinking enough water. Usually, urine is more concentrated at the beginning of the day and should become clearer throughout the day. Many people avoid drinking lots of water because they do not like going to the bathroom many times in a day. However, this is what the body needs—to purifying your body naturally by drinking lots of water which will be flushed out of the body through urine. Food also plays a huge role in natural body detoxification. You should eat foods that are high in vitamins and minerals and low in fat. You should also eat at least seven fruits and vegetables a day in order for your body to be detoxified. You can include blueberries, cranberries, fish, and leafy vegetables in your diet for these all work to make your body healthy and provide the nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy. You should stop eating foods with too much fat, sodium, sugar and also processed foods for they only add toxins. You should consider the fact that states you are what you eat.

Exercise is important for body detoxification. Performing cardiovascular exercises and relaxing exercises like yoga can help eliminate stress which many people today complain about because of home, money and work. That is why exercise is recommended to naturally get into shape, burn calories and remove toxins through sweat.
