Liver Detox Examined

If you tell your friends that you are going to start colon cleansing then they may not like this idea. This is because if you start colon cleaning then you will be missing the weekend’s fun and food.

Nowadays most people are familiar with detoxification recipes as lots of guides and books are there to provide information related to it. Many people favor the liver detoxification theory but there are many who are against it. The basis of liver detoxification theory is that the toxins are collected in our body as a load on our body systems because these become harmful.

There are many harmful things like presence of additives, artificial flavors and preservatives in the food, chemical sprays for bugs, caffeine alcohol as well as environmental toxic gases. In our kitchens we commonly have household china which is also the source of giving the toxins off. Some other things present in our environment can be toxic too like insulation, air conditioners, flooring and the wall papers. These days the trend of liver detoxification is becoming quite popular.

The toxins are absorbed directly into the tissues and so the symptoms may aggravate due to collection of fats. The symptoms include skin problems, allergies, bloating etc. This shows that keeping the environment and the internal body clean is quite essential.

So, this is the best and the right time to start liver cleansing diet. Those who are not in favor of liver detoxification think that detox diet is not essential at all. While the opponents believe that liver is quite beneficial in order to remove the toxins from the body. Although I am not a medical expert but as per my personal observation I don’t agree with the opponents.

We all know that our body can naturally eliminate the toxins through excretion but when different theories were considered in all of them the diets were quite simple. Nowadays, the diets that we take are full of artificial flavors, spices, sugar, salts, additives as well as preserved food stuff. It is quite challenging to stay away from food that contains the above mentioned ingredients.

The argument is not about the detoxification rules but it is based on the terminology of detox used. As per the experts, with plenty of water intake and liver cleansing diets one can easily cleanse and detox. The diet includes whole foods (fiber rich) like vegetables, fruits as well as whole grain food items. Even in the natural detoxification process of detoxification the toxins are eliminated out of the body. Keep in mind that the fried food items, cheeses, creamy food, coffee, alcohol, artificial flavors and processed food items keep on collecting in our body and the point comes when it becomes a load.

Some people think that the vegetable juices included in the detoxification diets can reduce the muscles. The point to remember is that detox diets are not done frequently but periodically. The liver cleansing diets are designed to offer health benefits for a longer period of time. When we are on detox diet then we actually give break to liver which can work in a better way after the break.

Do not think that these body cleansing programs are starvation programs. Those who think like that usually design their own plans which mostly result in loss of electrolytes as well as dehydration. Even other health complications can occur. It’s actually the right time to know whether you are on the right track or not i.e. taking or avoiding the right things or not. In order to know the right diet plan consult the health care professional.
