We are living in a world where our foods need to be cooked quickly, fresh vegetables need to last longer on the shelves and everything preserved in a bottle needs to last as long as possible.  All we want to do is open a can, warm a meal in the microwave or stop at the nearest take out and grab something to eat or drink. Our lifestyles don’t allow time for home cooking, for fresh garden vegetables or anything that takes longer than 20 minutes to prepare. Add to that the pollution from our cars, factories and aerosols and the preservatives in our food becomes the last thing you worry about.
