Natural ways to detox should always include changing your diet. This is important to help regulate your bowel movements, and help pass more toxins from your body.
Remove any foods which contain processed sugars, hydrogenated fats, preservatives, additives, and other chemicals or highly processed foods. Stay away from all of the artificial sweeteners completely. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and include a variety from each color group every day to ensure you are getting the maximum nutrients and antioxidants.
