2 Day Detox Diet

For people who are not aware of the true meaning of purification or detoxification as a result of following a detox diet, the pros and cons are discussed below to emphasize on its importance.

Our body contains many impurities and harmful toxins that pollute us resulting in an obese and under nourished body. These harmful substances are present in our body through the consumption of food we intake and through the atmosphere we breath in. The food we eat today even fresh fruits and vegetables acquire added additives such as pesticides, growth hormones, production maximizers and other chemical additives. Whereas all kinds of hazardous gases released in air due to technological advancements are inhaled by us who in turn harm our bodies.

Detox diet refers to the cleaning of the air passage and intestines to remove all toxins and maintain a healthy body. The different organs of your body naturally detoxify by using natural methods which is a preferred way of cleaning your body. Its main aim is to cleanse colon and digestive tract of the toxins that are accumulated there, sometimes from a very long period and are the basis of many diseases. During this diet no artificial vitamins are consumed and this process is divided into two parts firstly the removing of toxins and secondly body renewal.

In the initial step the harm causing toxins that are accumulated and stocked in your colon over a period of time are removed and the organs are relieved of them.

In the later part of the diet the renewal of the organs are focused at. It aims at the rebuilding and replenishing of the organs and overcome the harm that has been caused to them, so that our body functions well than before in a healthy manner.

It is important to understand the harm our bodies suffer from. We constantly consume food that prove to be poisonous for us, these poisons are found in air, food and water in form of impurities, alcohol, caffeine, saturated fats and different poisonous gases as smoke and pollution.

Our body does inform us about all these toxins being present in our body, for example we experience lethargy, moodiness, aggressiveness and also physical illness in severe cases. All these point towards a polluted body requiring cleansing. In our life style today it is simply impossible to avoid these toxins 100% but we can try to reduce the consumption of these harmful toxins and detoxify our bodies from the toxins we have inhaled or consumed by methods uncontrollable.

Our ancestors did not face the obesity and overweight issues in a manner we do today as they consumed fresh fruits and vegetables grown organically and without using any additives which in turn provided them with good health and body.

Taking up a detox diet will result in decreased pain and aches; also you will experience a feeling of freshness and sharper more active mind.

A fresh and healthy body with a sharp mind not only benefits yourself but it also impacts the overall perspective of how you view the world. The world would seem a much better place.

What could be better then feeling good, staying healthy, lose weight and have more energy. It’s equivalent of being reborn again.
